The rate is the rate. You approve a fixed price before anyone picks up a tool, and scope changes get quoted before we continue.
Materials are billed at cost plus 15%, quoted in writing before we buy anything. Home Care members skip the first-hour rate and start at $85, with same-day or next-day priority scheduling.
